Heather Kreager is Chief Executive Officer of Sammons Enterprises, Inc. and Chairman of Compatriot Capital.
Heather has been in the Sammons organization since 1985. She has been Chief Executive Officer since 2014.
Heather is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, with J.D. from Southern Methodist University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.
Mark Van Kirk
Mark Van Kirk has been with Compatriot Capital since 2015. Prior to joining Compatriot, Mark was vice president and partner of E2M Partners, a private real estate equity fund manager, and partner at Baker Botts LLP.
Mark is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University. He obtained his law degree from The University of Chicago School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1982.
Prior to joining Compatriot Capital, Tom's background included providing advisory and capital-raising services for commercial bank clients at J.P. Morgan Securities and serving as vice president in the Planning, Reporting, and Analysis division of Bank One Corporation. He was also a partner of E2M Partners, a private real estate equity fund manager.
Tom received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his Master of Business Administration from Duke University. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.
Prior to joining Compatriot in 2010, Paul was CFO and controller for two regional real estate development and property management companies. Paul began his career at Ernst & Young where he was a manager in the Entrepreneurial Services Group, specializing in tax planning and compliance for small to medium-sized businesses in multiple industries.
Paul graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and Master of Science in Accounting--Taxation. He is a CPA licensed in Texas.
Matt Goyne's background includes working for Jones Lang LaSalle's real estate investment banking group, where he provided debt and equity financing for real estate operating companies. Matt began his career with Grubb & Ellis Company, an international real estate services firm.
Matt graduated from the University of Georgia with Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs.
